FUNCTIONAL DRAFTING
When it comes to anything custom built, there has to be a meeting-of-the-minds on what a finished product will look like. Even with a design in hand, expectations can be different from one team to another. We streamline this by creating isometric renderings that provide conceptual visuals of the design. After those renderings have been reviewed, all costs have been developed, and both items have been approved, our drafting team provides detailed drawings on the build itself (describing materials, confirming dimensions, and keynoting any important comments on finishes). Prior to building, it is our priority to make sure that all teams are on the same page and moving forward with as clear expectations as possible.
DEVELOPMENT & BUILD
Our team of contractors all specialize in many different processes. The budget will gear the materials suggested, however our vendors have skills in carpentry, metal works, plastics, fabric, as well as 3D and general large scale printing. Our project team works extensively with our contractors, through each phase, to ensure the collective design is being delivered appropriately and the quality meets our specific standards. Any changes along the way, resulting either from engineering requirements, availability of certain materials, or a client’s adjustment in direction, our project team will set out clear expectations so everything is transparent.
DETAILS & LOGISTICS
Sure we can build it, but everything comes down to the actual event. Delivery of assets to the site, completing a truly functional install, assistance with finishing touches, coordination and event operations, as well as efficient dismantle are all within our offerings. We strive to be a partner from the very first meeting about design, all the way to the last truck leaves the event. Our project team will be there to confirm that delivery occurs without a hitch and the finished product received is done to everyone’s expectations. We are not a team just sitting-on-the-job behind a desk, we are boots on the ground, in the trenches with everyone, making sure success is felt holistically over all those involved.
